ORIGIN: Very similar to Harry. She lives with her Uncle and his family, didn't know she was magical, a snowy owl delivered her Hogwarts letter, can't cut her hair. She is the daughter of a kind female vampire, and a Auror.
CONNECTIONS TO CANON: McGonagall arrives at her doorstep to take her shopping in Diagon Alley. She befriends Ginny and Luna on the Hogwarts Express. She gets sorted into the brand "new" House called "Battlwing". The Sorting Hat tells us that Battlwing takes "the most unique". So I guess no one was unique at Hogwarts before Harry's second year.
SPECIAL ABILITIES: She is the only half-vampire/witch in existence. I guess the exterminators missed this one. "The only vampire characteristics you possess that we know of are that you are able to become a bat, you can talk to bats, bats are drawn to you" She doesn't drink blood because she has never had that before, but if she does "we'll all be in trouble". Blood is a metaphor for sex isn't it?

NOTES: The Suethor only posted the first chapter and then gave up. This isn't that special until you learn that the first chapter is thirteen Word pages long, and is mostly a giant text block.

[...] Her father DOES NOT join the second Order of the Pheonix and Taylor stops talking to him. At the end, he dies saving her at the ministry. NOTES: I can't understand the desire to write other fan's OCs into your story. I just don't get it.
